On 15/11/2007, becoming Ngoc Tung Manufacturing Trading & Service Joint Stock Company with charter capital : 200,000,000,000.00 VNĐ. On 23/11/2012, the charter capital is increased to: 230,000,000,000.00 VND.

On 16/08/1999, Groundbreaking Ceremony of Plant Protection Factory with an area : 7,000m2; capacity: 4,200 tons/year. Address : Lot E 21-22-23, Road 12 , Le Minh Xuan IP, Tân Nhựt Village, Binh Chanh Ward, HCMC.

On 23/02/2000, Inauguration Ceremony of Plant Protection Factory . It was operated for manufacturing, bottling and packing withcapacity: 4,200 tons/year. May 2013, the capacity is increased to: 6,000 tons/year.

On 31/12/2000, Ngoc Tung company received the certificate of approval from international quality management ISO 9001:2000 by ANSI RAB QMS (which was consulted by BVQI – United Kingdom).

On 31/03/2006, Ngoc Tung has completed the environment management system ISO 14001:2004 and was certified to meet the standard quality by QUACERT (Vietnam standard quality measurement company).

On 08/04/2012, Groundbreaking Ceremony of Fertilizer Factory with capacity: 300,000 tons/year. Address : Lot C2-C3,Road 1 , Nhut Chanh IP, Nhut Chanh Village, Ben Luc Ward, Long An. Then the factory was officially operated in August, 2012 with capacity: 300,000 tons/year.
